I am building a tool basket for offshore use and need some help with rendering a picture. The problem I have is that the sides of the basket are made of fence/screen like material. Does anyone have an easy way to model the screen? Does anyone have a texture I can use in PhotoWorks to give me this appearance?
I really don't want to have to start with a plate and generate a pattern of cuts to end up with a screen.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Louis

Oh yeah, the boss wants this tomorrow.

In PhotoWorks materials under most of the metals materials there is a mesh material (ie aluminum mesh, gold mesh, galvanized mesh). Also under metals/misc there are a couple of mesh materials. You maybe able able to use these as your screen material. If not search the web. There should be some free screen textures out there.

Doesn't make sense how they offer the texture, but I found something close enough with Galvanized mesh.
Thanks[2thumbsup]
