I am working on an old building where all I have for drawings is an rtu addition plan. The drawing indicates the existing deck is assumed to be 1-1/2" 16ga Ferrobord by Republic Steel Roof Deck. I could not find any information on this type of deck. Test cuts revealed the deck is constructed using 6" wide by 1-1/2" deep metal "planks". Each plank locks into the adjacent one. The supporting steel beams are spaced at 10' apart. Does anyone have information on this type of roof deck? I have attached a photo for reference.

If push comes to shove, measure the thickness, compute an I, assume a Fy and make some calculations. If you can - get a test specimen and have it checked out.
