Fiber Optic Cable Handling

Does anyone know of a location where I might be able to find proper fiber cable handling guides? I am looking for SMF or MMF, with the minimum radius bends, etc.

I will look for some material that I got earlier. One key point is that the radii discussed typically pertains to the actual fibers not the cable bundle. Thus, it is not nearly as critical as some suggest.

Several good FO tutorials exist.
