I am interested in a source/standard that can provide torque values for fiberglass and furan type flanges. All help much appreciated.

Torque values depend on:
* Type of resin used
* Thickness of flange - lots of varience in size based on pressure rating.
* Type of gasket used and face - raised or flat (usually flat).

My company usually calculates a torque rating based on above information for each flange.

Other sources:
ASME Section X of the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code - See article RD-6 "Nozzles and Other Connections"
ASME RTP-1 Standard - see NM-12 (Non-mandatory appendix) for FRP flange design.

Hope this helps.
