I've worked in composites forever in the aerospace business and have run into G10 fiberglass a few times, but don't really know what it is. Looks like a simple laminate made from woven fiberglass. Does anyone know details like ply angles? Is it just a 0/90 layup?

Just a machine grade standard board of fine woven fiberglass and phenolic. Norplex starts with the base materials, prepregs in-line and feeds into multi platen presses. It is durable and machinable. It is what alot of the old transistor radio gears and controls where machined out of. very similar to, and sometimes is, circuit boards.

Thanks sreid and panelguy. Form the links supplied I found enough to back calculate some details. Based on densities. it looks like 40% to 50% fiber volume. Based on stiffness and strength it looks like balanced 0/90 weave, no of angle plies.
