FIELDBUS Communication error

I really face a problem in Fieldbus of Foxboro DCS,
failure of different busses happen.

any recommendation?

thanks for your concern
we use FBM of foxboro field bus modules , we have two redundant bus A&B, some times we have bus access error on both busses which lead to loose some data
