How do we calculate exact value of 'Le' in Figure F.2?
I found that the maximum value of 'Le' could be 250/(Fy)^0.5 mm or 3000/(Fy)^0.5 inch. But could not find the exact formula to calculate 'Le'.

3. The unstiffened length of the angle or bar said:
multiplied times ta for details a through g or times tb for details h through k, where Fy is the minimum specified yield strength, MPa (lbf/in.2).]

for details a through g Le ≤( 250/(Fy)^0.59* ta

for details h through k Le ≤( 250/(Fy)^0.59* tb
