File descriptions in file/open dialog box

I just found out the proe library has a neat feature: it shows you a verbose text descripton of both directories and parts to the right of the filename/foldername in the proe file/open dialog box. The knowledge base says there is a [foldername].mnu file in each directory (of the proe library)that the dailog box picks up and shows the text associated with each file under a 'description' column that shows up in the file/open dialog box.

How do I get this to work for any and all directories where I put proe parts?
