File Lookup in Simulink

I'm VERY new to simulink, and this could possibilly be the dumbest question of the day. I'm working with a simulink model that needs to lookup and receive inputs from a large binary file. I usually do the lookup in Matlab, but want to create a simulink block that does this. Ideally, a block that takes 2 or 3 inputs and returns a matrix usually sized 150x4 or so.

Is this remotely possible to do in simulink? If not, can someone point me the right direction or recommend a good article about passing data back and forth between simulink and matlab?
