Files sharing in Solidwork Enterprises PDM

We are following attached image SEPDM help page guidelines for sharing files between onsite and offsite. However, If we want to share Assy along with child parts in Various folders between onsite / offshore.. Below procedure become laborious..

Can any one suggest best way to deal this situation.
