EH14: high manganese, 0.14% carbon. What is the application, how thick is the weld joint, groove or fillet, single or multiple pass, what type of flux will be used?

The mechanical properties are very dependent on the type of flux used in conjunction with the filler metal. This is something you should be able to look up fairly easily on the manufacturer's website. Just look up their SAW welding consumables. They will list the mechanical properties for the different flux-electrode combinations.

What flux-filler combination/classification are you using? Why do you need to use EH14? Toughness issues? EH14 has been used to weld A36 - generally when low temp toughness is an issue.
