I have a solid body that looks like H, now I have sheet body on the top and bottom of that "H" how do I join this sheet body to the solid body to make the whole thing solid?

Thank you!

First question: What version of NX ???

If you want to sew sheets to solids one option is the patch feature.
The sheet edges needs to be within the modeling tolerance to the solid for the feature to work. ( Insert - combine - Patch )
You will need to flip the normal arrow if you get the wrong solution.

Another nice option is using the Synchronous modeling-Replace face, which most often does the trick in one step.

have you loohed at the solid option in the sew command?

You may have a better result if you add a little bit of thickness (0.001 mm) to the sheet using "Thicken" and then you will be able to unite it as a solid body

Transition with G1 or G2 continuity would be another option, if enough weren't listed already. ;)
