Finding RF and RM in implicit dynamic seismic analysis

I have a cantilevered pipe-like structure modeled with shell elements and it is subjected to a seismic load using an implicit dynamic step. I have applied the acceleration to the bottom of the pipe using a boundary condition. In order to produce movement, I have released the transitional BC in the direction that the load is applied. (Example: seismic load applied in x direction, U1 is released and all others remain fixed.) My question is how can I find the total reaction force and moment at the bottom of the pipe? I've tried to couple it to a fixed reference point but that doesn't allow movement of the pipe. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
