I need to find a Federal Standard RR-W-410. Is this standard available on the web or must it be purchased? If purchasing is my only option, please send me a vendor.

Sorry about that. Apparently there is some type of problem when sending the direct link. Just use the initial start page for Assist then type "RR-W-410" and it will take you to a page where you can download revision D or E. Here is the link:
