Fire protection systems in steel billet casting industry using induction furnace

Hello to Everyone here,

Could anyone please provide me with reference links, fire codes or E-Book using which i can prepare risk analysis/fire protection measures for steel billet casting plant. Here they are going to use scrap steel metal. melting in electrical induction furnace and than pushing molten metal ahead in ladle furnace and than oxygen blowing furnace to continuous casting area.
NFPA 484 is not much of use. so now just depending on the inputs from people working in same type of process plant.

I would be very much obliged for even little helpful inputs.
