Fired Heater Cost Estimates

I am in the process of doing a life time cost analysis for fired heater. Im looking for ball park price estimate of the costs to build and install a floor fired cabin heater with about 60 radiant tubes 4" nominal OD, and also a price to re tube the radiant section of a heater like this, but both estimates excluding the tube material costs.

I am also trying to find price estimates for general pigging and for decoking and smart pigging an average cabin type fired cabin style heater.

Can anyone shed some light on what types of prices to expect for these jobs?
