Firewall for grounding transformer

We have a specification which mentions firewall for transformer rated 5 MVA and above. Suppose in case of grounding transformer if the equivalent 10 minutes rating is 5 MVA or above whether it requires firewall.

What is the practice for Zig-Zag grounding Transformer.
