Fitness area Occupancy Hazard type

Hello All,

I am working on a New 4 story office building located in New York City. First floor has a 1000 sqft fitness area. What type of occupancy hazard we have to consider for Hydraulic calculation.

We have always done them as light hazard.

Typically Light.

Would also depend on how much stuff though.
Lots of mats or other materials that would burn stored in there etc..
