Background: Exist process piping weld joints (2.5, 6, 14 & 20 NPS) on vessel installation were inspected with UT-TOFD & RT and found lack of side wall fusion, lack of root penetration and gas porosity on ~120 weld joints which it unacceptable by applicable current standard (original design/construction standard and all design data are unknown) and it difficult to repaired all of reject weld joints at this time, the owner and production engineering, they need to assess as per API 579-FFS section 9-Crack-Like Flaw assessment or any section properly.

- Design code/standard: Unknown

- Material : Carbon steel (Unknown grade or any properties)

- Design Pressure: 10 Bar.

- Design Temperature: 130 F

- Service: Condensate (offshore field)

- Inspection technique for future assessment: UT-TOFD & RT- conventional

** Pipe sample at some defect location can cut for DT & NDT.
