Is these 2 images from running on the same computer ?
Is the computer running a Nvidia Quadro graphics adapter ?

I would guess this is a graphics issue related to the graphics adapter / graphics driver and not an "NX Bug".
( i.e, if this is a Nvidia Quadro card, try a different driver.)

Also. in the upper picture , the NX1992 session, i think the "navigation cube" bottom left looks a little odd.

Tomas

Yes Same Computer and Monitors. if this is a Nvidia Quadro card, try a different driver? How Can I tell?

Does your computer have onboard graphics and a graphics card? If so, make sure NX is using the graphics card. In the NX log file, search for "graphics device" to see which one NX is using. If it is using the wrong one, you can use the Windows graphics settings to force it to use the card.

In the Windows computer settings, search for "graphics settings" (win 10 screenshot below), hit the browse button -> {NX install path}\NXBIN\ugraf.exe and change to the option that uses the Nvidia card.

To check the driver, open the windows settings and search for "device manager", expand the "display adapters" and right click on the nvidia device to get to the driver version. There is a list on the siemens support site somewhere with the certified driver versions.
