Fiver-reinforce concrete

I have a 4' by 4' by 1' footing to hold a power generator w=220lbs and stands 8ft of the ground. We need to bolt this unit down (hilt bolts) to the footing and I wanted to know if we use Fiver-Reinforce concrete would be better than typical concrete mixture. I'm concerned that the bolts might fail in pull out resistance? If we had a horizontal wind force of 400 lb, does anyone have any recommendations or tips? I'm not sure what the strengths are for Fiver-Reinforce concrete

how do you expect the fiber to improve pullout resistance of an anchor bolt? Fiber will mainly help to reduce cracking, which should only be a minor issue with such a small slab.
 
Agree. Fiber won't help pullout a great deal. It does slightly improve the tensile strength of the concrete, which will slightly improve the cone failure for a wedge anchor, but will do nothing for an epoxy anchor.
 
Reinforcing the concrete with five dollar bills will not help. It will just make the mix more expensive.

Seriously though, I do not like it due to the extra finishing required due to all the protruding fiberglass. It can ball up in the mix if not broken up properly, and will decrease the slump, making it harder to pump. I would still use WWF or rebar in the slab.
