Fixing hole and thread depth

Hello,

Trying to modify the standard thread files (Ex: C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\B19\intel_a\reffiles\standard\MetricThickPitch.txt) to have fixed hole features (Ex: Hole depth, Tap depth, Countersink dia...) Is this possible without the cration of a design table? If not, any suggestions? Thanks.

I made UDF's using Product Knowledge Template and added some rules with Knowledge Advisor.
