Fixtures in Pro/Manufacturing

HELP!! Previously in 2000i2 I was able to create and/or assemble fixtures into my manufacturing assembly. Now that I have upgraded to 2001, I can no longer do this. It is required to verify collisions and clearances. Am I missing something? Maybe a config option somewhere? All assistance will be greatly appreciated.
