Flame Detector False Alarms

Hi all,
Has anyone experienced issues with false alarms during sunrise, sunset, and flare reflection in installing the Honeywell FS24X flame detector? If so, how did you solve this problem to eliminate the false alarms?

Glancing through the product brief on this IR detector, it says there are 4 settings for sensitivity : very high, high, medium or low - have you tried switching this setting to see if this helps ?

thanks for your help, i already change the sensitivity on the lowest one, but it still read the false alarm.

Can you describe what is the service description for this flame sensor - is this on a flare tip assembly ?
