Flange cut out from W section Columns

Hello All,

I was just wondering if someone has a ready-made calculation sheet or Excel file, showing how the capacity of a steel column changes after a cut out in the flange and if they have a repair or stiffening plate calculation.

How much of a cut out are we talking about? A little part of a flange at the edge, the whole flange?

How much of the height of the column has been cut? A sketch might help.

And what capacity are you interested in... bending, shear, axial, local or global? Doubtful you will find something ready-made that will cover all conditions.
