Do you usually consider the design temperature in the flange leak analysis using Pressure Equivalent? Or only operating temperature?

Both design pressure and temperature are normally used, however if other conditions produce more demanding results, you might want to reconsider your design case, or revise your "design" values.

 
What exactly is "Flange leak analysis"??

Or "pressure equivalent" for that matter.
