I have a valve connection with 190.5mm bore; quantity 24 M24 tapped holes on 300mm b.c. Does any body know what flange fits this pattern? Thanks

I notice you have not gotten any responses. While I have tried over the years to sort of keep up with most common flange piping designs, I'm not sure what you are describing really meets any at least standard designs of which I am aware. Is there however any chance someone has e.g. "double drilled" and tapped e.g. a standard 200mm PN25 flange B.C. body (for some reason to strengthen/more even bolt force, to correct mistake, or to allow more variable field rotation etc.?) The only other guess I have is someone has for some reason created this special design to minimize diameter/space occupied for quite high pressure, as this bolt circle is quite small diameter and bolts quite large in number for this much bolting area.
These are pretty much WAG's (wild guesses), so like you I await more learned responses.

The nearest I've found is a JIS b2220 30K flange which has 12m 24 bolts on a 320mm bcd

If a30,000psi flange has only 12 bolts of the right size then I agree with rconner, it looks like it has been double drilled.

Any more info such as known valve rating, use (water, oil, gas?), gasket type and groove dimensions, a picture?

My motto: Learn something new every day

Also: There's usually a good reason why everyone does it that way

What is the sealing mechanism? I ask because there are several 'compact' flange designs using metal-to-metal seal technologies which allow the flange OD/Bolt Circle to be much smaller than conventional RF/RTJ flanges from ANSI/ASME/API.
