What are in your expertise some tunes I can perform to reduce the purge rate of a Flare header.

What are in your expertise some tunes I can perform to reduce the purge rate of a Flare header.

Do you mean continous purge when process units are connected to flare header to prevent backflow / accumulation of air or intermittent purge when flare header is being inerting for start-up of process units / for shut-down for maintenance?

What is generally called a post purge??

Inerting to prevent contact of air and purge / relief gas.
