Flare stack

I have to install a new pilot ignition system in an existing flare, but I can't shutdown the flare to perform this job, maybe is there anyway to perform this job, whithout shutting down the flare?

Any suggestion will be appreciated

Probably best to contact some flare vendors - this is a fairly risky adventure..... I can't imagine how you would run the unistrut up the stack as a support for the ignition system without potentially endangering workers...
