Flat layout patterns of thick 3D intersection

I am looking for flat layout software for Acad/MechDesktop, able to develop various intersections of Cylinder / Cone /Ellipse based shells. Independent software with DXF connection or Visual Basic plug-in welcome. Learning ease is an advantage
