flat slab restrained by lateral support piles on 2 sides

hi there, does anybody have any ideas as to how to eliminate cracks forming in a suspended slab because of the fact it is restrained on 2 sides by means of dowels into lateral support piles? would a beam along the piles in the slab help? more rebar over the columns?

You can't eliminate cracking due to restraint, but you can control the width of cracking by using more reinforcement. Another way to reduce cracking is to delay application of the restraint forces by providing delayed pour strips. In your case, as the restraint is only through dowels, you could use dowels in sleeves, and grout the sleeves later. Prestressing ducts are commonly used for these grouting sleeves.
