Flexibility in assemblies

I was just wondering when using the flexibilty application in an assembly if it was possible to put constraints on how much flexibilty is allowed. For example is it possible to make a ram only extend to a certain point and contract to a certain point.

The short answer is no. But you can attempt to do something like this:

As the author states this is not an approved workflow and Autodesk may (unintentionally?) change things that prevent this from working in the future.
