Flexible Component Modeling(?)

I have an assembly that is using industrial airbags to pivot parts about a shaft. The air bags need to extend and retract while pivoting about 30 degrees. What is the best way to model this? I looked into flexible component modeling, but they can't be kinematically dragged. Any ideas?

I'm also looking into setting up a family table, but was hoping that there would be a slicker way to do it.

Thanks,

I am not real good at it but look into using mechanism to doing that. After a few tries I was able to make an engine gimble around so try it.

I'm already using mechanism to make the assembly move, but the airbags are only modeled as solids. Essentially, I need the airbags to change shape as I move the mechanism, and I don't think Pro/E has that ability. I'll probably have to come up with a workaround, like model the airbags in the extended and retracted states, and then call them from a family table.
