i camme yesterday to a petroleum production site
they told me the estimation of production here is 30 000 barrel / day
they have 2 floating roof storage tanks with a capacity of 30 000 barrel of each one
i don't understand why they take 6 days to fill the tank??!!!! normally one day to fill it
could i get an explain?
and how we can calculat e the time nedded to fill it

The key word there is "estimation".

Really how is anyone going to give you an answer based on this information?????

Are you having a laugh? Time taken = volume divided by flowrate per day.
