Flow Indicator and Totalizer Notation

What would be the typical way to indicate on a P&ID a Flow Indicator plus totalizer?

Would it be a FIQ? Just wanted to check.

Yes.
Some would show it as two seperate functions such as FI and FQ or something similar.

I usually see FQI rather than FIQ.[pre][/pre]

I was always confused about the order of the modifiers. Is there any guidance about the order in the ISA specs. to decide which letter comes first?
 
The I for indicator or C for controller always seem to come last. This one in particular is on the list of typical identifiers:
