Does anyone know any free flow simulation programs?

Define please. Multi-node, looped lines, fluid type libraries, ect.

In any case, if you want complex systems with the above items, you'll need to buy a software package.

Fellow member CARF programed an excellent DP calculator(flash player) for single phase liquid flow with simulation (though I don't know what specific simulation you want.)
