Flowcut and Cut depths

We machine large molds for automotive bumpers. We typically flowcut with 2D workpiece set in order to clean areas that previous tools did not. Is there a flowcut option that allows a person to set cut depths rather than using 2d workpiece. The generation times with 2d workpiece set are extremely long and often run out of memory on large parts.
