Hi
We have SW2003 with Floworks 2003. We want to upgrade to SW2005 but are told we need to shell out thousands of pounds to upgrade Floworks to 2005 as Floworks 2003 is not compatible with SW2005.
Solidworks is not forthcoming about what improvements (if any) there are in Floworks 2005 to justifiy the "upgrade" fee. We find it very slow on our models (involving flow converging into small gaps) due to its poor cubic mesher, which requires extreme mesh densities to get accurate results.
Can anyone out there comment on whether there has been any improvement for 2005?
