FloWorks - Save Image - Completely Black 1

For some reason, I am unable to save my results images from FloWorks. When I try to save the image using:

FloWorks>Results>Image>Save Image

I get a totally black image if I set the dimensions to active view and no output file at all if I set the dimensions to anything else. This happens for JPG, PNG, & BMP. I also get totally black frames if I try to export an animation in FloWorks.

Obviously, I can (and do) use PrintScreen to get screen shots, but I would really like to export animations and higher resolution images. Has anyone else encountered & solved this problem? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

I am using SolidWorks 2008 SP3.0 and COSMOS FloWorks 2008 SP3.0 and 64bit XP.
