Fluent for thermal analysis

I have been tasked with creating a simulation of a heating element in a drier.

I was to be able to analyse the effect of the placement of this element on the surrounding fixtures and also on the product.

I feel this will require importing of a CAD model and allowing the element to emit heat (convection) and then concurrently being able to record the effect on the aforementioned.

Can anyone please advise what software would be best suited for this and how it might be done?
