FM Global Test Certs

Hi All,

I am wrapping up my first job that had to comply with both NFPA 13 and FM Global, and I need to fill out FM Global test certs for the field inspection. I have found FM85A and FM999C in Appendix C of FM DS 2-0, but they appear to be shrunken image captures of excel tables or something similar. Between the number of zones and remote areas, and the small size of the forms, I am trying to avoid completing these by hand as the end result will be a lot of time spent for something that may be barely legible in places.

I did a quick search on the FM Global site and a google search looking for an excel file or a .pdf fillable form, but I had no luck. Is anyone on the forum aware of anything like this that is publicly available? If not I may invest the time to make my own "smart" recreation of these forms.
