Foam Pumps for Offshore facilities

We are looking for Foam pumps for the Offshore facilities design. Should we go for NFPA 11 or API 676 pumps? Which one is stringent? Client prefers API 676. Thanks to provide the information.

Not my area of expertise but my first choice would be the NFPA standard. Then follow API for all what is not covered by NFPA.
