Are you talking about an NX font or just something for Windows?

If it's just for Windows, try this link (you can download a TrueType version of Hebrew):

Just in case it was an NX Hebrew font that you were looking for, I went ahead and converted the Hebrew .ttf font to an .fnx font (attached).
