For ISV and machine code simulation I cannot import inch machine.

When I retrieve an inch machine from the library the import seems to go fine but the assembly navigator shows the machine as mm. I looks right, compared to my part, but when I simulate a machine code file the scaling is way off. In assembly load options I have set the load folders to the paths for resource and samples and included three dots on the end of the path names per the pdf in the nc_simulation_samples directory. I thought I had everything covered but I still cannot get inch machines imported. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
