What's the difference between that steel and ASTM A 709 Gr. HPS 70W?

Well, here's one similarity between that steel and HPS 70W--they have the same misplaced hype:

"Not only is this steel strong, tough and easy to fabricate, but it withstands the elements better than typical steel, meaning it doesn't have to be painted."

Sheesh. Weathering steel has been around for decades. And the "it doesn't need to be painted" thing STILL gets cited in rah-rah writeups about HPS 70W like that's something new.
