HI,
Can i have some advice on wind load for cylinder.
most precisely eurocode 1-4 -wind load, figure 7.28.

for N0.1: Re = 4.67x10^6 , K/b = 2.22x10^-4 , cfo = 0.590
for N0.2: Re = 6.00x10^7 , K/b = 4.23x10^-4 , cfo = 0.790
I want to know:
if we use the equation X in fig 7.28, if Re is 10^5
if we use the equation Y in fig 7.28, if Re is >10^7
