Hi
The manufacturer of lateral expansion joint stated only lateral spring rate.
How I can calculate the friction force [N/bar] of the tie rods?
Also I need another force in [N/mm bar].
What force is it and how I can calculate it on my own?

Many thanks

Don't even think about it.
Google 'Flixborough' to see what happens when an expansion joint is incorrectly installed.

Employ a decent stress engineer who can properly design and specify your expansion joint, before you engineer a disaster.
