Forces on a pipe

Hi all;
I am out of my electrical field and need help. For an idea of what I need here is my problem...
I need to calculate Bending Moment, lateral thrust, wind, and ice loading forces on a 30'long, 4" sched 80 aluminum pipe clamped to a tower mast at the 4' mark of the pipe. How do I calculate this?
Also is there any software available that will generate some numbers on where and when fatigue will happen.

Any help you can offer is MOST appreciated. Thanks

You should hire a structural engineer who's familiar with tower design. The code to use is the EIA/TIA-222 latest edition. You'll have to provide him with the design wind speed, the expected ice requirements and the elevation of the pipe. A 30 foot long aluminum pipe might be too small for whatever you are doing. You didn't state whether there is a panel, dish or whips mounted on this pipe.

If you certify the adequacy of this pipe, you would be practicing engineering outside of your field.
