Simple yet complex problem.
I want to perform a stress analysis on a simple radial straight vein impeller. A simple diagram is attached.
What I am trying to determine are the forces subjected to the blades when rotating at 80 RPM. I want to determine this for full submersion and partial (half) submersion in open water. I understand that the forces will not be uniform; higher at the end of the blade and lower forces closer to the axis of rotation.
So being able to determine the forces at points (such as A,B,C) would be adequate.
Can anyone help with this?
