Forensic Expert in Transit Docks

Could anyone put me on the right path to locate a forensic expert in transit docks, e.g.,
docks for river boat restaurants, casinos, etc., who is preferably located in Cincinnati, or Ohio or at least the Midwest? I have tried several searches and websites without much success.
